Introductory Classes

Getting started at FirePower is easy and smart!

Your intro session will include:
  • An introduction to our facility, our trainers, and our methods.
  • Insight into how a typical class session is conducted including our priority on safe, functional movements that will make you more fit.
  • A sample workout that any beginner can do - but expect to be challenged!
  • An opportunity to sign up for membership that fits your goals and have all your questions answered.

Intro to CrossFit or CrossFit Lite

A complimentary introductory session with a CrossFit coach booked around your schedule.

Intro to Varsity

A complimentary introductory session with a CrossFit coach booked within a Varsity class. Sessions can be booked on Wednesdays or Thursdays at 4:00 or 4:45pm.
